What is an apostille for?

Apostille is a simplified form of legalization of a document made in one country for use in another country.

Therefore, if you need a document (power of attorney, birth certificate, copy of passport, diploma, etc.) that was notarized or issued in the USA, and which you need to use in Ukraine, then it is necessary to put an apostille on such a document.

In this case, this document is accepted by any authority in Ukraine.
